Manage or cancel Journey Plus

  1. 1Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. 2Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  3. 3Choose Bible Journey, then Cancel Subscription or change your plan.

You keep Journey Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for. To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Restore your purchases

  1. 1Make sure you’re signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy.
  2. 2Open any Journey Plus screen in Bible Journey.
  3. 3Tap Restore Purchases at the bottom.

Journey Plus supports Family Sharing, so family members can use it from their own Apple Accounts.

Export or delete your data

  1. 1In Bible Journey, open Profile, then Settings.
  2. 2Tap Privacy & Data and answer the quick grown-up check.
  3. 3Choose Export My Data, Reset Learning Progress, or Delete Account & Data.

Delete Account & Data removes the caregiver account and its cloud backup. Deleting the app alone doesn’t delete a cloud backup or cancel a subscription.

Ask for a refund

  1. 1Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in.
  2. 2Find Bible Journey in your purchases.
  3. 3Choose “Request a refund” and follow the steps.

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are decided by Apple.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Bible Journey for?

Children from about five years old and the parents, grandparents and teachers who learn with them. When you set up an explorer you choose an age group (5 to 9, or 10 and up), and lessons are explained at that level. Plenty of grown-ups enjoy the journeys on their own too.

Which Bible translation does it use?

The King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain. Every lesson verse and memory verse is taken word for word from the KJV text built into the app, and the whole Bible is there to read.

Is it free?

Yes. The complete Bible, all six journeys and every lesson are free, along with the Easy level of every game and up to five personal memory verses. Journey Plus is an optional family membership that adds every game level, unlimited memory verses, guided family programs, weekly learning plans, family challenges, picture walks, caregiver insights and up to five explorer profiles.

Does it need an account or an email address?

No. Learning works without an account, and children never need an email address. A grown-up can optionally sign in to save a family backup.

Are there ads or chat?

No. There is no advertising, no third-party analytics, no public profiles and no chat. Settings that matter to grown-ups are behind a quick grown-up check.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Lessons, games, the Bible and memory verses all work without a connection.

How do I cancel Journey Plus?

Journey Plus is billed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Bible Journey and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Journey Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends to avoid being charged.

Can my whole family use one membership?

Yes. Journey Plus supports Family Sharing, so up to six people in your Apple family can use it, and one device can hold up to five explorer profiles.

Something not working?

In the app, open Profile › Settings › Contact Support to send us a message with your app version attached, or email us directly. Please don’t include a child’s personal details.
