These terms apply to the Bible Journey app (“the app”) and this website, provided by Next Arc Studio (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). If these terms and the Standard EULA conflict, these terms apply to the extent allowed. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian accepts these terms on the child’s behalf.
1. Using the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store’s Usage Rules. Please don’t copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, and don’t use it to break the law.
2. Free features
The complete Bible, all journeys and lessons, the Easy level of every game, up to five personal memory verses and the core character options are free. We may add, change or retire features over time.
3. Journey Plus subscription
Journey Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features, as described in the app before you buy. It is offered as a monthly plan ($6.99 per month) and a yearly plan ($44.99 per year), in US dollars; prices in other countries are shown in the app in local currency and may include tax. A one-time introductory offer may also be shown, such as a reduced price for the first year.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the plan’s regular price (after an introductory offer, the regular price applies from the first renewal).
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Introductory offers, including free trials and discounted first periods, are available once per Apple Account per subscription group, as decided by Apple.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
- Journey Plus supports Family Sharing.
4. One-time purchases
Some items, such as character outfit collections, may be sold as one-time purchases. They stay available on devices signed in to the same Apple Account and can be restored with Restore Purchases in the app.
5. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Content
Scripture in the app is from the King James Version, which is in the public domain. The lessons, explanations, illustrations, characters, games and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Our content is written to help families learn and is not a substitute for the teaching of your own church or faith community.

8. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t give warranties beyond those in the Standard EULA, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.
9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms when the app changes; the effective date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken.
